Axoft is a trusted, full-service ICT & telecom provider based in Rotterdam, serving SMEs with end-to-end digital solutions. They partner with brands like KPN, Microsoft, HP, and Cisco, and pride themselves on delivering hassle-free IT environments tailored to business needs .
In this assignment, my key contributions included:
- Performance tuning and scaling a sub-optimally configured Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environment (18 hosts)
- Migrating multiple SME customers (20–150 users) to Microsoft Office 365 (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Workspace 365)
- Overseeing migration project coordination—including vendor management, runbooks, and team leadership
- Managing VMware vCloud-hosted Windows Server 2016 environments (updates, scaling, app migrations)
- Supporting sales with pre-sales activities: environment assessments, solution design, and proposal development
