Intermax is a leading managed hosting provider, delivering secure and reliable IT solutions for demanding sectors like healthcare, government, and national infrastructure. Their cloud platform, built on VMware, supports mission-critical systems, including HiX-based Electronic Patient Record (EPD) platforms for healthcare clients. At Intermax, I worked within a Scrum team focused on continuous improvement and automation.
Key responsibilities:

Driving improvements, automating repetitive tasks, and executing customer changes in sprints

Managing the full Windows infrastructure, including all servers for ChipSoft HiX EPD systems

Managing, migrating, and updating SharePoint-based healthcare portals

Lead engineer for onboarding new healthcare clients (~300 servers): overseeing server management, task delegation, and project coordination

Migrating hosted Exchange clients from on-premises to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, including technical planning, migration execution, and customer communications—successfully rescuing a stalled two-year project

Mentoring 3rd and 4th year IT students, assessing their work, providing feedback, and coordinating with schools

Writing Ansible and PowerShell scripts for automation (e.g., server deployment, reporting, migrations)

Lead engineer for SCCM platform management, troubleshooting, and upgrades

Managing SQL Server clusters (HA groups), building new clusters, and migrating databases

Monitoring and responding to alerts via Zabbix to ensure system reliability
