Koekela is a well-known Rotterdam bakery, famous for its American-style cakes, cookies, and friendly atmosphere. To support their growing business, I provided hands-on IT support and consultancy, ensuring daily operations ran smoothly and securely.
My responsibilities included:
- Setting up and supporting desktops and laptops.
- Managing Microsoft 365 accounts, email, and file sharing for efficient team communication.
- Installing and configuring NAS devices for secure file storage and reliable back-up routines
- Implementing and maintaining internet and Wi-Fi solutions
- Setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining printers for order processing and administrative tasks
- Advising on hardware procurement
- Troubleshooting technical issues and minimizing downtime
