Known for communication, technological innovation, and a “better built tomorrow” philosophy, they embrace tools like virtual reality to empower clients and teams .
In my near-decade working with Brightside, I provided tailored IT support and consultancy:
- Managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, document workflows (SharePoint/OneDrive), and workstation setups
- Ensuring reliable support for architects’ desktops/laptops
- Automating common admin routines using PowerShell and Intune
- Coordinating and implementing reliable networking solutions, including internet connectivity upgrades and office network improvements
- Installing and configuring NAS devices, setting up back-up routines, and ensuring secure, resilient data storage
- Troubleshooting network/performance issues, minimizing downtime
- Advising on tech procurement
