The Port of Rotterdam Authority operates Europe's largest port—spanning over 127 km² and handling nearly 470 million tonnes of cargo annually. The facility processes 150+ vessel arrivals daily and manages connections via sea, rail, road, and pipeline infrastructure. Engagement through Fujitsu Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administered Azure Active Directory, Exchange Server/Online, and file server infrastructure
  • Led domain migration from Windows Server 2012 to 2019 architecture
  • Executed Office 365 migrations including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive user transitions
  • Authored and reviewed change management documentation for the Change Advisory Board
  • Resolved infrastructure challenges, particularly persistent issues such as performance problems in Outlook and Exchange Online
  • Provided second-line technical support for complex Windows 10 incidents
  • Monitored system performance using SCOM tools
  • Prepared software packages (MSI format) for SCCM deployment
  • Delivered executive-level support, including resolving Teams connectivity issues for senior leadership
